At 1.8 pounds, the machine is highly portable which is a plus if overnight stays out of the house stir up the sneezes.

Dupray | Bloom Air Purifier

Doubling as the perfect side table, the Bloom Air Purifier by Dupray has one of the most functional designs we’ve found. While the top holds a burp cloth or your water bottle, the bottom captures 99.97% of airborne pollutants with its HEPA-13 medical-grade filter. You can also customize the look of your Bloom with two different top options and more than a dozen prefilter colors.

Dyson | Dyson Purifier Cool Formaldehyde TP09

When your baby gets a little bigger, you can start using the essential oil feature to add soothing smells to your days and nights.

FridaBaby | 3-in-1 Air Purifier

If versatility and a space-saving design are important to you, the 3-in-1 Air Purifier is a clear winner. This model is tiny enough to fit in your hand, so it works for the smallest of nurseries, and its built-in night light and sound machine mean you can free up more surface space for diapers, toys, or blankets.

GermGuardian | AC4150

The AC4150 not only uses a True HEPA filter to knock down dust, pollen, and smoke, it also uses a UV-C light to reduce airborne mold and nasty germs that can pass along to baby. While moms are relieved by the cleaner air in their baby’s nursery, little ones love the dazzling nighttime scenes this machine projects above their crib.

Levoit | Sprout Air Purifier

The compact Sprout Air Purifier easily fits on your nursery dresser as it tracks the room’s air quality, humidity, temperature, particulate matter, and more. You can take a hands-on approach by checking the VeSync app for these levels or use the purifier’s auto mode. Its integrated night light and sound machine also save you even more room.

Morento | HY4866-WF Smart Air Purifier

While you rock baby, control your new Morento air purifier using its Havaworks app, which allows you to set schedules, check the filter, and connect to voice assistants. This is one of the most affordable options you’ll find for larger nurseries.

The child lock, sleep mode, and automatic timer make the PureBaby a great first purifier.
